Reason for urgency:
The tenant is responsible for undertaking dilapidations works before he leaves the property in November. It has recently become apparent that the works are not going to be completed in time and funding is required for HDC to complete the works. HDC’s will then look to recover the cost from the tenants. This is an ongoing situation.
