We have our recycling/garden waste collected and while waste collection every 2 weeks, in the winter months is fine. This is not the case in the summer months, these are getting hotter and this in itself creates problems like maggots, heightened bad smells, increased flies & rats etc.. and this will then start impacting on health. If you have pets or babies in nappies, this issue is even more pressing.

This issue really needs to be addressed and the waste collection needs to be changed to once a week, in the summer/hot months.
