The Council's Constitution sets out how the Council operates, how decisions are made and the procedures which are followed to ensure that these are efficient, transparent and accountable.

You can subscribe to updates in order to receive information via e-mail regarding arrangements for particular committee meetings.

Public access to meetings

Statutory meetings will usually be live audio-streamed on our website - click on the meeting name in the Calendar below to access. They are also usually live-streamed on our YouTube channel.
