To approve as correct the minutes of the Overview & Scrutiny Committee meeting held on 5 March 2025

To receive any declarations of interest from Members of the Committee

To receive any announcements from the Chairman of the Committee or the Chief Executive

To consider any matters referred to the Committee for a resolution in relation to the call-in of a decision

To consider responses of the Full Council or the Cabinet to reports of the Finance and Performance Policy and Scrutiny Committee

To receive a presentation from the Director of Resources

To receive a report from the Chairman of the Overview & Scrutiny Committee

To receive an update from Task and Finish Groups

To review the current Finance and Performance Policy and Scrutiny Committee work programme

To review the current Forward Plan

Items not on the agenda which the Chairman of the meeting is of the opinion should be considered as urgent because of the special circumstances
