The notes of the meeting held 12^th October 2017 were received.

There were no declarations of interest.

There were no announcements.

The Members of the Task and Finish Group received a note prepared by the Head of Development on Unspent S106 Funds. This note would accompany the Group’s final report to the Overview and Scrutiny Committee, with a recommendation that it be issued to all parish and neighbourhood councils in the District.

The Chairman had previously circulated a draft version of the Group’s final report. The Members approved the draft, subject to some minor amendments and also to the inclusion of the Terms of Reference for the review and the note by the Head of Development.

The final version of the report would be circulated to the Group with the intention to present it to the Overview and Scrutiny Committee on 27^th November 2017.
