35.	Highwood Community Centre Development Proposal and Denne Ward Community Asset review A report on the Highwood Community Centre – Development Proposal and Construction Contract Award will be considered by Cabinet on 23 January. Minutes: The Head of Facilities and Property presented the Highwood Community Centre Development Proposal and Denne Ward Community Asset review. The group discussed the positives and negatives of this proposal. The Cabinet Member for Leisure and Culture would relay the points raised in this meeting at the next Cabinet Meeting.
36.	Warnham Discovery Hub update To receive a presentation from the Head of Leisure and Culture. Minutes: The Head of Leisure and Culture provided the group with a brief update regarding the Warnham Discovery Hub at Warnham Nature Reserve. The new Discovery Trail had opened and was reported to be a success. More landscaping works and construction were scheduled to take place as part of the Discovery Hub Project.
